We have a full-time staff of 10 professionals, 30+ affiliated consultants and more than 40 data collectors; organized into our main office and managed by experienced project managers.

We are providing advisory services for 15 medium and small enterprises (SME’s) on sales, digital marketing, brand development and system development, through the sponsorship of USAID CATALYZE: Market Systems for Growth (MS4G), The Company Palladium International, LLC, Business Advisory Service (BAS).

Solidarity helps companies to create brand that the customer cares about and align both the intangible and visual aspects of brand.

Feasibility Studies and Business Plan Development,
We assess the Chances of Success, Figure out Customer Needs, Analyze Competitive Strengths, and Examine Financial Impacts and we will do the most important elements of the feasibility study such as, Technical feasibility, Market feasibility, Commercial feasibility, overall risk assessment and feasibility of purchasing an existing business.
